Hypnosis is no "Woohooo" rather it is science

Your brain constantly changes its brainwave activity throughout the day and night, depending on your state of consciousness.

Brainwaves occur when nerve cells connect and then begin to send out electrical impulses together. This allows even distant areas of the brain to communicate with each other.

The different waves have to do with specific states of consciousness and theta waves occur during hypnosis, deep meditation and light sleep, including the important REM dream state.

It is the realm of the subconscious mind. Theta brainwave frequency is the realm of the subconscious mind. It is also called the twilight state because it is usually experienced only briefly when drifting off to sleep (from the alpha stage) and awakening from deep sleep (from the delta stage).

Hypnosis means gaining access to your subconscious mind. Under hypnosis, your mind is more receptive to change, which means you will achieve a more significant change than with traditional forms of therapy.

Hypnosis is something that is completely natural. If you've ever found yourself driving home in your car on autopilot, or putting yourself in a trance-like state while watching TV, you've been in a state of hypnosis.

It is a deeply relaxed state of your mind in which the nervous system is simply asleep, but you yourself are not asleep, but rather, you have heightened awareness, concentration and focus and are not distracted but just fully at a deeper level of consciousness. Your subconscious is your emotional mind (the lymbic system), it shows you memories that created your behavior pattern. When your critical mind is asleep, your emotional mind is active and you can easily access it.

In this state, it is easy to give your subconscious mind new and better, more empowering suggestions that lead to healing from physical and emotional pain, big and small, and enable you to be the best version of yourself and live up to your potential! Hypnosis is a bridge from unwanted to wanted behavior, from illness to healing. It leads from the stern inner judge of you to the uplifting cheerleader within you!
