The power of your thoughts

Our thoughts are "translated" into our body like language. In the process, our brain produces chemical substances. These peptides are small amino acid chains and are released depending on the mood - so far about 80 different protein compounds of this kind have been discovered and the neurons communicate chemically with each other in this way.

There are chemicals for every mood state we experience: for example, anger, sadness, victimhood, and desire. When you experience a specific emotional state in the body or brain, the hypothalamus immediately assembles the peptide and releases it into the bloodstream via the pituitary gland. From there, it is transmitted to various centers of the body.

Neuropeptides can be thought of as keys that fit only into special keyholes on the cell walls of other neurons, called receptors or receivers. Every cell in the body has thousands of receptors.

When a peptide gets there, it sends signals to the cell, triggering a biochemical cascade of events. A change can even take place in the cell nucleus.

So this is the communication level of the neurons among themselves - chemical substances, neuropeptides, are produced depending on the mood and travel to the receivers equipped for this purpose to communicate this information to them.

Every experienced problem, every experience is stored and that is why we react today as we did in the past.

The observation also becomes interesting if one adds the next discovery: These receptors are not only located in the brain, but also in immune cells, among others. Correct - our risk of infection, degenerative diseases as well as the development of cancer depend on the function of the immune cells.

The logical conclusion is now that our immune cells also perceive and react to our inner dialogue, our thoughts and feelings!

If you have sorrow for a long time, you send this information via the neuropeptides, the chemical messengers formed depending on emotions, to the immune cell and they trigger an "inner dialogue" there, too.

Your cells react to this, are resigned and don't want to do anything anymore.

Since these receptors not only receive messages, but also have the ability to form the same chemical substances as the brain, the communication takes its course and the destructive message is spread and does its work.

Anxiety, fear and anger are followed by the formation of cortisone, adrenaline or noradrenaline, which throttle the immune system.

Every unwanted feeling and behavior presupposes a thought pattern. This is great news because we can change our thought or choose others at any time, and that is our greatest power. RTT creates new neural connections, better biochemistry and therefore more health in your cells by "installing new helpful, joyful and empowering thoughts".
